Personal Instruction

Trident has many options for you if you're looking for private coaching, consultations, or season-long or year-round coaching.  

Face to face private instruction is available for cycling and running. 

In-person or virtual consultations are available for a range of topics including: race selection and strategy, annual/season planning, goal setting, zones training, nutrition and more. 

Monthly coached training plans are available for any level athlete. Whatever your goal is, we can help you achieve it. We will design your training based on your personal goals, race season, time commitments, and fitness.

TrainingPeaks offers long term tracking of your fitness and fatigue levels along with training zones, distance/time, and intensity. 

Workouts are uploaded monthly according to your experience level and performance goals. You can adjust your week to your meet your individual needs and schedule.
